As an Assistant Cash Manager, you will create an extraordinary customer experience by assisting the management of the cash team to ensure that Sporting Life standards are achieved through every transaction with the customer.
- Assist in planning daily cash operations of the store to maximize customer service and productivity
- Support in the preparation of staff schedules to ensure cost-effective scheduling
- Contribute to the preparation of bank deposits, reconciliations, balance of the safe, cash floats and petty cash
- Control shortage and loss through employee compliance
- Serve as an example to staff for superior customer service, professionalism, and compliance with company policies
- Participate in recruiting staff and support in on-going coaching, succession planning, performance appraisals and fair and consistent leadership
